Policy on Returns & Exchanges

Varsha Crafts endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 72 hours of delivery at +91 124 4509440 between 10.30 AM to 6.00 PM IST or email us at info@varrsha.com. with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn't collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc.) , then Varrsha will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders. Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.

Return Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

Returns, if any, need to be made within 72 hours of receiving the goods.

A Returns & Exchanges Form should be completed and sent along with the goods. You can download the Returns Form by clicking here.

Varsha Crafts will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Returns & Exchanges form.

 

Exchange Policy

Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

A Returns & Exchanges Form should be completed and sent along with the goods. You can download the Returns Form by Clicking Here.

Varsha Crafts will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item (wrong colour or size).

Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.

If you would like to exchange any item, Varsha Crafts will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded.

On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Return & Exchange form.

 

Claiming Refunds

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking or Paypal Transactions:

As the charge to your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account. If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where Varsha Crafts has erroneously sent you a wrong item / colour / size.

 

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:

Refunds can only happen via Gift Vouchers.

Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot get deliver cash through couriers.

The customer can ship the product in case he or she receives a damaged or defective product.

 

Refunds will be done in the following cases:

  • In case Varsha Crafts discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
  • In case Varsha Crafts discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In case Varsha Crafts discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
  • In case Varsha Crafts discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  • In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned above. In such cases the filled return form should be included in the return shipment.
 

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • In case of minor design and colour variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
 

Note : Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
